Facelifted Hyundai i10

Hyundai will launch a this facelifted i10 before Diwali 2010. The new i10 revealed in this leaked image shows the little hatchback to have gained a more purposeful and aggressive stance thanks to a completely new fascia. The facelifted i10 gets a new grille, front and rear bumpers, headlights and tailights which give it a fresh new appeal.

Apart from these exterior modifications the new i10 will get a 1.0-litre VTVT engines as the base unit. This new engine will be more efficient and fuel efficient than the current 1.1-litre iRDE engine which powere the current i10. The 1.2-litre Kappa engine is expected to continue in higher trim versions.

The facelifted i10 makes its international debut later this month at the Paris Motor Show and is expected to launch in India in October 2010. It will take on hot selling competitors like the Chevrolet Beat and Ford Figo.
