First teaser of the new Lamborghini Jota

Lamborghini has released the first teaser shot of a new supercar which will be unveiled at the 2010 Paris Motor Show and will launch in early 2011.

Slated to be the famed Murcielago’s successor the new Lambo which many believe will be called Lamborghini Jota has built up considerable excitement amongst enthusiasts already. Lamborghini will release five more teaser images in the run up to the official debut at Paris. This image reveals a section of the car’s taillight.

Various spy shots of the new supercar have surfaced on the net over the past six months. The new Lamborghini is expected to feature a 7.0-litre V12 engine with over 700bhp. It will be mated to a new seven-speed transmission. More details and images will keep rolling in through this month so keep checking back for more.
