Tata Motors has launched the short boot version of the Indigo sedan at the Auto Expo 2008 in New Delhi. The Indigo CS has come into being because of the excise rebate on car within 4 meters length which is what Tata have trimmed the Indigo down to. The Indigo CS is available in petrol and diesel and would be offered in two trim variants, one with only AC and the other with AC & power steering. The engine range would remain the same. The Indigo CS is likely to be price below the regular Indigo and would be launched mid January 2008.
